These Terms of Service govern your use of Onlyfap (also written onlyfap, at onlyfap.fun, “we”, “us” or “the site”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. What the site is

Onlyfap is an independent information and affiliate website. It explains how a third-party photo-to-video generator works, including how credits, payments and refunds are described by that generator. We are not the generator, we are not its agent and we do not control it. We do not receive your photos or run any generation on this site.

2. Adults only

You must be at least eighteen years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use this site and to follow its links. The generator is an adult-oriented service. If you are not an adult, leave the site now.

3. Affiliate disclosure

Buttons and links to the generator are affiliate links. If you sign up or buy through them, we may receive a commission, at no additional cost to you. This does not change the price you pay. We try to describe the product accurately, but you should know that we benefit if you use it.

4. Third-party generator

When you click through, you leave our site. The generator’s own terms, privacy policy, pricing, refund rules and content rules apply to everything you do there. We are not a party to any agreement between you and the generator. We are not responsible for its availability, its results, its charges or its handling of your data. Read its terms before you create an account, upload a photo or pay.

5. Consent and your own photos

You may only use a photo if it shows you or if it shows an adult who has given clear, informed permission. You must not upload, share or promote a clip made from someone’s picture without their consent. You must not use any tool to impersonate a person, to mislead others about who appears in a clip, or to harass, threaten or exploit anyone. You are solely responsible for the photos you choose and for what you do with the results.

6. Prohibited use

You agree not to use the site or the information on it to break the law, to infringe anyone’s rights, to involve minors in any way, to attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the site, or to copy our content in bulk without permission.

7. Accuracy of information

We write our pages from what the generator publishes about itself and from our own testing of the public pages. The generator can change its features, prices, plans, payment options and policies at any time without telling us. Where we say a fact is not published, that is exactly what we mean, and we do not promise any particular price, resolution, length, watermark policy or result. The generator’s own screens always take priority over this site.

8. AI-generated samples

The images and videos on this site are AI-generated samples made for illustration. They do not show real customers and they do not guarantee what your own photo will produce. AI output can contain artefacts and can differ each time.

9. Intellectual property

The text, layout, design and sample media of this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may view and share links to our pages, but you may not republish the content as your own. Brand names and marks of third parties belong to their owners.

10. No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no promises that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for your purpose, and we disclaim all implied warranties.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of data, loss of profit, or any loss arising from your use of the generator or any other third-party service reached through this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing removes any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

13. Changes

We may change these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

This site has no email inbox or contact form. For questions about your account, billing, deletion requests or content, use the in-product support inside the generator, because that is the party that holds your information.
