What this page is

A bright little guide to photo-to-video, with the costs spelled out

If you searched for onlyfap, you probably want one thing: to see a photo of yours turn into a moving clip without learning video software. That is exactly what the generator behind our buttons does, and this site exists to explain it clearly before you click.

The process is as simple as it sounds. You upload one still photo, you pick a template, the AI animates the picture, and a few minutes later you have a short video. It is a creative tool and nothing more. Nobody talks back, nobody pretends to be anyone, and nothing here is about conversation or companions. It is photos in, clips out.

We are an independent affiliate site, which means we are not the generator and we do not touch your photos or your money. What we do is write the explanation we wish every product had: plain steps, honest limits, and a straight answer on cost. Where the generator has not published a fact, we say so instead of guessing.

How it works

From camera roll to finished clip in five easy steps

Here is the whole journey, written the way a friend would explain it over coffee. The first run is free, so you can follow along without spending anything.

  1. 01

Pick a photo that already feels like you

Start with something from your camera roll that you already like: the mirror selfie in good light, the café shot where you were genuinely laughing, the lazy-morning picture by the window. Photos with a clear, sharp face and bright, even lighting give the generator the most to work with.

You do not need a studio or a fancy camera. A candid phone picture is perfect, as long as it is yours, it is in focus, and nothing is hiding your face. Skip the heavy filters and the grainy night shots. The video can only be as good as the picture it grows from.

  2. 02

    Upload it on the generator

Tap the button on this page and you land on the generator itself. That is where the upload happens, never here. It accepts JPG and PNG files up to 7 MB. You may be asked to sign in first; the options include Google, an email with a verification code, or Telegram.

If your phone saves pictures in another format, export a copy as a JPG first. If the file is too large, compress it lightly instead of shrinking the dimensions, because sharpness beats file size.

  3. 03

Choose a template and your settings

Templates are the ready-made motion styles you browse in the generator. You can filter the grid by what is trending or what other people favourite most. Once you pick one, the settings screen lets you choose a quality level (low, medium or high) and a duration.

Next to those settings the app shows a cost line. That is your moment to look at the number before anything is spent. If you are curious, try a lower quality first and compare. It is the cheapest way to learn what a template does with your photo.

  4. 04

Generate, wait a couple of minutes, preview

Hit generate and go make a coffee. The generator advertises about two minutes, and longer clips are estimated to take a bit more. When it is done you get a short video that animates your still: natural-looking movement, light shifting, hair and clothing moving.

Results are AI-made, so small artefacts can appear. Treat the first run as a test drive. Look at the face, the hands and the edges, then decide whether you love it or want to adjust.

  5. 05

    Tweak, retry or save it

After a clip finishes, the generator offers a few follow-ups: make the video longer, change the pose while keeping the same photo, or simply generate again. Saved results live in your collection, which needs you to be signed in.

Because every retry can use credits, we like a simple routine: one test, one tweak, one keeper. Our credits page shows how to keep an eye on the balance while you experiment.

See the movement

The still photo, and what it turns into

These sample clips were generated from the small source photo in each corner, so you can judge for yourself how a candid photo behaves once it starts moving. They are samples made for this page, not customer uploads.

Café daydream

Warm light, a relaxed smile and a little movement in the curls. This is the kind of small, believable motion that makes a clip feel real.

Slow morning

Soft window light and a cosy mood. Gentle scenes like this tend to look best because there is plenty of clean, even light for the AI to follow.

What you get

Everything a photo-to-video tool should do, nothing it should not

We stick to features the generator actually documents. If we are not sure about something, it is not on this list.

One photo is enough

No need to film anything. A single sharp, well-lit picture of yourself becomes the starting frame of the whole clip.

Template-based motion

Pick from a browsable grid of ready-made motion styles, with filters for trending picks and community favourites, instead of writing prompts.

Quality and length settings

Choose low, medium or high quality and a duration. The app shows a cost line beside them so you can see what you are choosing.

About two minutes

The advertised turnaround is roughly two minutes per clip, which makes testing a few ideas on a lazy afternoon realistic.

Retry without re-uploading

Make a video longer, change the pose with the same photo, or generate again. Iterating is part of the flow, not an afterthought.

Phone or desktop

It runs in a regular browser, on mobile too, and there is an add-to-home-screen option if you want it to feel like an app.

A collection for keepers

Signed-in accounts get a collection where finished generations are saved, so your favourites are easy to find again.

Built around your own photos

The generator asks you to confirm that you are the person in the picture. We back that rule fully: your photos, your consent.

Who it is for

Made for people who like their own photos and want to see them move

Smiling woman in a grey sports top in a bright gym by a large window

The lifestyle creator

You post a few times a week and your feed already has a look: sunny, candid, a bit cheeky. A moving clip stands out against a grid of stills, and a template can turn one good shot into several fresh posts without a reshoot. You stay in control of the photo, the style and what you publish.

Laughing woman with red hair and a straw hat on a white sand beach

The holiday memory keeper

Everyone has that one perfect beach or city picture that never quite got posted. Turning it into a few seconds of movement gives an old favourite a second life, and it is a fun thing to send to friends who were on the trip.

The curious first-timer

You have seen the AI video clips everywhere and want to know how it feels with your own picture. Good news: there is no tool to learn. One photo, one template, one coffee break. The free first generation is exactly the right size for curiosity.

Woman in a pink hoodie smiling on a balcony above a city skyline

The planner who tests first

You like knowing the cost before committing. This site is written for you: no mystery pricing, a clear list of what is automatic and what you control, and a checklist for reading the cost line in the app before you confirm a generation.

The common thread is simple. Everyone here starts from a photo they own, wants a short result quickly, and likes knowing what happens next. If that sounds like you, you are in the right place.

Use ideas

Eight easy ways to use a photo-to-video clip

A short clip is more versatile than it looks. Here are a few ideas that stay cute, tempting and tasteful.

  1. 01

    The good-morning loop

A soft window-light photo from your bedside, brought to life for a gentle, cosy clip.

  2. 02

    Café-table daydream

That iced coffee, curls in the sun, a half-smile. Short, warm and made for stories.

  3. 03

    Gym-day energy

A fresh post-workout glow shot turned into a few seconds of motion for your fitness feed.

  4. 04

    Beach postcard

Take the straw hat and turquoise water picture and give the scene a little wind and movement.

  5. 05

    Car-selfie hype

A big-grin selfie before heading out. Perfect as a teaser or a countdown clip.

  6. 06

    Birthday treat for yourself

Make a short clip from your favourite photo of the year and keep it as a private memento.

  7. 07

    Profile refresh

Compare a still against its animated version and pick the one that feels most like you.

  8. 08

    Content-calendar filler

Turn the best frames from one photoshoot into several clips so a single session stretches further.

Photo tips

Great video starts with a great still

The generator’s own advice is short: a clear, sharp face, bright and even lighting, and a high-resolution picture. We have expanded that into a quick do-and-skip list you can run through in thirty seconds.

A well-lit, sharp café portrait that works well as a source photo
A good source photo: sharp, sunny, relaxed.

Do this

  • A clear, sharp face that fills a decent part of the frame
  • Bright, even light: a window, shade outdoors, or a sunny room
  • A high-resolution original, not a screenshot of a screenshot
  • A natural expression: a real smile beats a stiff pose
  • Uncluttered edges so hair and shoulders are easy to read
  • A vertical photo when the template or mode suggests it

Skip this

  • Heavy filters, beauty smoothing or stickers over the face
  • Dark, grainy or motion-blurred shots
  • Sunglasses, hands or objects covering the eyes and mouth
  • Tiny thumbnails blown up, or photos saved from social apps
  • Group photos where several faces compete for attention
  • Anyone else's picture without their clear permission

The thirty-second pre-flight check

Zoom in on the face. Is it crisp? Is the light even, with no harsh shadow across the eyes? Is it a JPG or PNG under 7 MB? Is it really your photo? If all four answers are yes, upload it. If one is a no, pick a different picture. Two minutes of choosing saves a lot of regenerating.

Credits, explained honestly

No made-up price tags. Here is what we can say for sure.

People ask what this costs, and we would love to hand you a neat table. We cannot, because the generator does not publish a public price sheet that we can verify. Anything we printed would be a guess, and a guess about your money is not fair to you.

What we do know is how the system is built. The generator works with credits. You hold a balance, you can top it up, and you can see a history. When you open the settings for a generation, the app shows a cost line. That number, shown right where you decide, is the one that counts.

What the generator tells us

  • Your first generation is advertised as completely free.
  • There are plan names inside the product: Basic, Pro and VIP. Their dollar amounts are not posted publicly.
  • Credits are described as never expiring in the credits screen.
  • Promotions come and go. A discount on a first subscription has been advertised, so check what is live on the day you sign up.

What we deliberately do not say

We do not quote prices, we do not claim a specific number of credits per clip and we do not promise a monthly allowance. Review sites list figures, but they are not confirmed by the generator, so you will not find them here.

You vs the AI

What you control and what happens automatically

A lot of disappointment comes from expecting the wrong thing. This table shows who decides what, so your expectations match reality.

Part of the processWho decidesWhat that means for you
The photo you uploadYou controlYour picture decides almost everything about how the clip looks. Sharp face, good light, your own photo.
The templateYou controlYou browse the grid and choose the motion style. Trending and most-favourited filters help you narrow it down.
Quality levelYou controlLow, medium or high. The generator publishes labels rather than exact pixel sizes.
DurationYou controlA duration setting is offered. Longer clips are estimated to take longer to be ready.
Whether to confirmYou controlA cost line is shown with the settings. Nothing happens until you decide to go ahead.
Retries and tweaksYou controlMake a clip longer, change the pose with the same photo, or generate again.
The actual movementAutomaticThe AI decides how hair, light, clothes and body move within the chosen template. It will not be identical twice.
Fine detailsAutomaticFaces, hands and edges are generated, so occasional artefacts can appear. Check the result before you share it.
Render timeAutomaticAdvertised at about two minutes. Busy periods and longer clips can take more.
Saving resultsAutomaticFinished generations go to your collection when you are signed in.

The honest summary: you choose the ingredients, and the AI cooks. You decide the photo, the template, the quality and the length. The AI decides the exact movement. That is why the same photo can look slightly different on a second attempt, and why a good source photo matters so much.

Spend smart

A six-point checklist before you pay for anything

You do not need a spreadsheet. You just need to look at the right screen at the right moment. Follow these six habits and you will rarely be surprised by a bill.

  1. 1Use the free first generation to learn the flow before any money is involved.
  2. 2Open the generation settings and read the cost line before you confirm.
  3. 3Test with a lower quality setting first, then step up only for photos you love.
  4. 4Decide your payment method and look at what the app offers in your region.
  5. 5Read the refund wording on our refunds page so there are no surprises.
  6. 6Keep to your own photos so you never pay for a clip you cannot use.

How payment works

The generator describes two payment routes: card payments handled through Telegram Stars, and cryptocurrency. It also markets its checkout as discreet and says it keeps adult-service wording off your bank statement. We cannot verify how your bank will label a charge, so treat that as the generator’s claim and check the payment screen in the app yourself.

What about refunds?

The generator’s written terms say purchased credits and subscriptions are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise, including when you are unhappy with a result. Separately, the app says credits are refunded when a generation fails. Both are published, and we do not pretend to know which one will apply to your case, so read both before you buy.

Responsible use

Consent first. Always your own photos.

Making a video from a picture is fun, and it only stays fun when everyone in it has agreed. We hold a short list of rules and we hope you will too.

  • Adults only. The generator is an adult-oriented service. You must be an adult to use it, and so must everyone in your photos.
  • Your own photos. The generator’s terms ask you to confirm that you are the person shown. That is the safest and simplest rule.
  • No one else without a clear yes. If a photo shows someone else, you need their real, informed permission. A friend, partner or colleague who has not agreed is off limits.
  • No impersonation. Never present a clip as someone it is not, and never use a photo to mislead people about who they are looking at.
  • Be honest about AI. Where it matters, say that a clip is AI-generated. Honest labelling builds trust with your audience.
  • Mind your privacy. Your uploads go to the generator. Read its privacy policy, and know that you can delete your account to erase your content.

If you ever see a clip made of someone without their consent, do not share it. Consent is not a footnote. It is the point.

Straight talk

What we cannot promise (and why that is fine)

A good guide admits what it does not know. The generator has not published every detail, so here is where our knowledge stops, in plain words.

  • Exact resolution. Quality is labelled low, medium and high. We do not quote pixel sizes.
  • Watermarks. The public pages do not say. Check the preview and download screens in the app.
  • Template numbers. The generator’s own pages quote different totals, so we do not give a count. Browse the grid and see.
  • Fine camera control. You get templates plus quality and duration settings. We do not claim anything beyond that.
  • Native apps. It is a web app that can be added to a home screen. We do not claim a store app.
  • Exact dollar prices and credit costs. Not posted publicly, so not printed here.

Everything else on this page comes from what the generator says about itself, written in our own words. If something changes, the app’s own screen always wins over this page.

Quick answers

Questions people ask before they try it

What exactly is Onlyfap?

Onlyfap is an independent guide and landing page for a photo-to-video generator. You upload one still photo, pick a template, and the generator animates it into a short AI video. This site does not take your photos or run the generator itself; the button takes you to the generator, where the upload and the video creation happen.

Is this a companion or messaging app?

No. There is nobody to talk to, no virtual companion and no conversation to have. It is a one-direction creative tool: a photo goes in, a short video comes out. That is the entire idea.

How long does it take and how long are the clips?

The generator advertises about two minutes from upload to finished clip. Clips are short, and the settings screen has a duration option. Longer clips are estimated to take a little longer to render, so expect the wait to stretch if you choose a longer length.

Is it really free to start?

The generator says your first generation is completely free, and the entry buttons are labelled for free generation. How many starter credits an account receives, and how that interacts with the free first run, is not spelled out publicly, so check the balance shown in the app after you sign in.

How much does it cost after the first video?

There is no public price sheet that we can verify, so we do not print dollar amounts. The generator uses credits, and it shows a cost line in its settings before you confirm a generation. Read that number, then decide. Our pricing and credits pages explain how to check it.

Which photos work best?

A clear, sharp face in bright, even light. A high-resolution JPG or PNG up to 7 MB is the documented limit. A candid phone shot taken near a window usually beats a dark, grainy or heavily filtered picture.

Can I use a photo of someone else?

Only if that person has clearly agreed. The generator’s own terms ask you to confirm you are the person in the photo and not to upload other people without consent. We take the same line: your own photos, or photos of an adult who said yes.

Can I get a refund?

The generator’s written terms say purchased credits and subscriptions are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Its app also says credits are refunded when a generation fails. Both statements are published, so see our refunds page for how we suggest you read them.

More questions? The full FAQ covers uploads, accounts, phones, watermarks and more.
